Me Stuff

My name is Ashley and I’m mom to two seriously cool kiddos, a teenage boy and a grade school-aged girl.  I’m married to my college sweetheart, the best guy I know.  I’m also a former parent educator and preschool director who has the knowledge and experience to be Supermama but still manages to screw up regularly.  I’ve somehow found myself firmly entrenched in my 40’s, and I write to stay (marginally) sane.

This blog is basically a brain dump about the pleasures and pitfalls of parenthood and womanhood, and should go a long way towards making other moms feel better about themselves.
